Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 / Year DOE
Responsibilities
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Support project buyouts and procurement activities
- Coordinate project schedules and milestone tracking
- Assist with field operations and superintendent support
- Work with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Support change order administration and project controls
- Maintain accurate project records and reporting
- Travel to job sites at least twice a month for 2-3 days
- 0–6 years of commercial construction experience
- Experience with ground-up construction projects
- Experience working for a general contractor preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Willingness to travel overnight as needed
- Tilt-up or precast construction experience
- Education construction experience
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Bachelor's degree
- Estimating or preconstruction experience
- Combined PTO and sick time of three weeks, negotiable to four weeks for the right candidate
