Position Title: Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 / Year DOE

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and other production equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Calibrate PLC coding and oversee preventative maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with internal teams to address maintenance specifications and client needs
- Provide on-call support for emergency maintenance as required
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance, including CNC and PLC coding
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- OSHA 10 or 40 hour certification is preferred
- ISO 9001 knowledge is preferred
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies is preferred
- Technical degree or trade certification is preferred
- An engineering background is preferred
- Familiarity with CMMS systems is preferred
- Experience operating larger equipment, such as forklifts and overhead cranes, is preferred
