Position Title: Pre-litigation Case Manager

The Pre-litigation Case Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of personal injury cases within a dynamic and rapidly growing firm. This position requires coordination with attorneys, medical professionals, and insurance companies to facilitate timely case resolutions. The individual will oversee a caseload of 50 to 70 cases, demanding strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Adaptability is essential, as the company environment is fast-paced and subject to change. The ideal candidate will not only possess the necessary experience but also demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 / Year DOE

Pre-litigation Case Manager Responsibilities

• Coordinating with attorneys, medical professionals, and insurance companies
• Managing case files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Providing regular updates to clients on case progress
• Assisting with the preparation of legal documents and court filings, when needed
• Facilitating effective communication between clients and internal team members
• Reporting directly to the supervisor, with potential for additional layers of management in the future
• Handling a caseload of 50 to 70 cases
  
  

Pre-litigation Case Manager Requirements

• 2 years of personal injury experience
• Experience managing 50 cases
• A degree is preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
