Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 / Year DOE
Pre-litigation Case Manager Responsibilities
- Coordinate with attorneys, medical professionals, and insurance companies
- Manage case files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Provide regular updates to clients on case progress
- Assist with the preparation of legal documents and court filings, when needed
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal team members
- Report directly to management while adapting to potential changes in supervision
- Handle a caseload of approximately 50-70 cases
- Minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience, with exposure to ride share claims, premise cases, and government cases
- Experience managing 50 or more cases
- Experience with both bodily injury and property damage claims
- Degree is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
