Office Coordinator Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries
- Processing payments, including credit card entries and discount applications
- Conducting simple collections and reminders
- Assisting in scheduling and routing employees
- Creating social media posts
- Ordering office supplies
- Collecting mail from the PO box
- Potentially processing payroll
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience as an admin or receptionist
- Experience in office coordinator responsibilities within a service-based business is preferred
- A bachelor's degree is helpful for communication skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
- Experience with payroll and accounts receivable is a plus
- Familiarity with social media is preferred
- Customer service experience is highly preferred
- Experience in property maintenance or the lawn care/pest control industry is preferred
