- Support two senior paralegals with daily administrative and legal operational tasks
- Answer incoming phone calls and communicate professionally
- Manage new-client intake, including gathering and organizing contact information and case details
- Compile, organize, and maintain files, pleadings, and records
- Retrieve and submit court documents and filings
- Assist with calendaring deadlines, hearings, and meetings in Outlook
- Track and allocate invoice expenses accurately to client matters
- Manage document requests, records pulls, and litigation support tasks
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality across sensitive case materials
- Work ahead proactively and streamline workload for paralegals and attorneys
- 4 years supporting attorneys or paralegals in a litigation law firm environment
- Experience in complex, high-profile or high-value cases
- Proficiency with legal administrative software
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Strong calendaring ability within Outlook
- Experience managing client intake processes and invoice allocation
- Skilled at pulling and submitting court records and documents
- Exceptional professionalism, written and verbal communication, and attention to detail
- Ability to pivot quickly and remain composed in a demanding, fast-paced environment
