This role is part of the consumer-direct sales teams, where success is driven by volume, consistency, and effort. In this role, you will work with company-provided inbound leads, spend most of your day on the phone and text campaigns, qualify borrowers using a structured script, and hand off strong opportunities to licensed Loan Officers. You’ll be trained, coached, and sponsored to get licensed, with a clear path to becoming a full Loan Officer within 3 - 6 months. - Work inbound internet and digital leads supplied by the company
- Spend 5 - 6 hours per day on the phone using a dialer system
- Qualify borrowers using a structured script and discovery questions
- Manage active text conversations with prospective borrowers
- Identify strong opportunities and pass qualified leads to Loan Officers
- Learn mortgage products, including purchase, refinance, and cash-out loans
- Participate in licensing preparation with corporate training support
- Consistently hit activity and conversion metrics tied to promotion readiness
- Minimum of 3 years of real-world work experience
- Currently working in a commission-based sales role
- Strong work ethic with the ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Coachable mindset and willingness to follow a proven sales process
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Ability and willingness to obtain NMLS licensing
- Comfortable working onsite, full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Phone sales experience strongly preferred
