Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities
- Greet patients and ensure a positive first impression
- Manage electronic medical records and documentation
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Schedule follow-up appointments and remind patients of upcoming visits
- Assist with administrative tasks, including consent forms and metro card distribution
- Open or close the clinic as needed
- Communicate effectively with clinicians regarding patient arrivals
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- High school diploma
- 3-5 years of experience as a receptionist in a professional setting, preferably in medical, legal, or financial services
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and discretion in handling confidential information
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience in behavioral health services is preferred
- Familiarity with electronic health records or CRM systems is preferred
- 15 PTO days accrued annually
