Financial Due Diligence Manager Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements and facilitate discussions with stakeholders, managing the entire due diligence process
- Analyze financial statements, assess earnings validity, and evaluate financial health
- Create and deliver complex financial models and reports using Excel and PowerPoint
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results
- Provide strategic insights and communicate findings to clients in a clear and actionable format
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine and streamline the due diligence process
- Degree in finance, accounting, or economics
- CPA License required
- 4 years of experience in audit AND financial due diligence, with strong client interaction experience
- Proficient in financial analysis and modeling, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of financial statements, EBITDA, and working capital
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently lead meetings and interact with clients
- Ability to think quickly, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing demands
