Executive Assistant/ Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, focusing on calendar management and scheduling
- Coordinate and plan client events, handling logistics and invitations
- Manage social media accounts by adding personalized captions and comments
- Track projects to ensure they remain organized and on schedule
- Serve as the main contact for clients, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication
- Support advisors in their daily tasks to maintain workflow
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative professional with high net worth clients
- Proficient in managing calendars and schedules
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Financial services experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Illinois Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain within 3 months) is preferred
