Estimating Project Manager Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects, typically ranging up to one million dollars
- Oversee the estimating process, ensuring accurate bids and proposals
- Collaborate with architects and designers throughout the design/build process
- Conduct contract management and ensure adherence to schedules
- Prepare progress reports and manage invoicing
- Facilitate change order management and project bidding
- Lead client meetings to set expectations and deliver updates
- Support superintendents at project locations
- 5-7 years of experience managing federal projects
- Design/build experience with a strong understanding of project requirements
- JOC experience is preferred
- SABER experience is preferred
- PMP certification is preferred
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification is preferred
- Training from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is preferred
