Position Title: Estimating Project Manager

This role is essential for overseeing project estimates and ensuring that all aspects of design and construction align with client expectations. The Estimating Project Manager will manage a team, collaborating closely with architects and designers to deliver high-quality results. This position requires a strong background in federal projects, particularly in heavy commercial and industrial sectors. The candidate will also need to navigate complex project requirements while maintaining effective communication with clients and team members. Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 / Year DOE

Estimating Project Manager Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects, typically ranging up to one million dollars
• Oversee the estimating process, ensuring accurate bids and proposals
• Collaborate with architects and designers throughout the design/build process
• Conduct contract management and ensure adherence to schedules
• Prepare progress reports and manage invoicing
• Facilitate change order management and project bidding
• Lead client meetings to set expectations and deliver updates
• Support superintendents at project locations
  
  

Estimating Project Manager Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience managing federal projects
• Design/build experience with a strong understanding of project requirements
• JOC experience is preferred
• SABER experience is preferred
• PMP certification is preferred
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is preferred
• Training from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is preferred
