The Director of Operations plays a crucial role in maintaining the backbone of the office. The ideal candidate will oversee a team, handle payroll for approximately 30 employees, and collaborate with various departments to streamline procedures. Delegation is essential in this role to avoid overload, as the previous director faced challenges due to a lack of it. Director Of Operations Responsibilities

• Manage payroll for 30 employees on a biweekly basis, coordinating with team leads for commission reporting
• Oversee basic HR functions and collaborate with an outsourced compliance officer
• Ensure processes and procedures are efficient and effective for trades
• Work with the Director of New Business to implement new client procedures
• Hire, train, and scale the operations team as the firm grows
  
  

Director Of Operations Requirements

• 5 years of experience in financial services operations
• Supervisory experience
• No licenses required
• Experience in RIA is preferred
