Commercial Lines Account Manager Responsibilities
Commercial Lines Account Manager Responsibilities
- Manage and service a designated commercial book of business with strong client relationships
- Process policy changes, endorsements, invoices, cancellations, and reinstatements
- Review accounts for coverage gaps, exclusions, and marketing opportunities
- Prepare proposals and assist with quoting and applications
- Issue binders, COIs, schedules, and policy documents with complete accuracy
- Maintain renewal lists and ensure all timelines are met
- Educate clients on policy terms and coverage needs
- Provide technical support to producers and contribute to agency growth goals
- Handle incoming calls, mail, and general office tasks as needed
- Update and maintain data in AMS360 and Microsoft Office systems
- Property & Casualty License
- 4 years of commercial lines servicing and client-facing experience
- Strong understanding of commercial coverage markets, forms, and carriers
- Proficiency with Vertafore/AMS
- Excellent communication, documentation and follow-through
- Stable employment history and commitment to client service
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
