Client Service Associate Responsibilities

Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000 / Year DOE
Client Service Associate Responsibilities
- Support one advisor managing $400 million in assets under management
- Assist with cashiering tasks, including receiving and sending checks
- Facilitate ACH transfers and open new accounts
- Manage client communications via phone and in-person
- Schedule appointments and update CRM notes
- Follow advisor direction on operational tasks
- Handle simple trades and paperwork
- Conduct annual reviews for clients
- Stay informed about market trends to engage with clients
- Set up clients in technological platforms
- Minimum of 2 years experience in financial services, preferably in RIA or broker/dealer roles
- Experience dealing with customers in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Registered client associate (Series 7 and Series 66 or 63/65) is preferred
