Civil Litigation Attorney Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of general civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Handle cases involving real estate and construction disputes
- Take an active role in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conduct depositions and manage case strategy
- Work closely with a shared paralegal for case support
- 5 years of experience in general civil litigation
- Must have trial experience from start to finish
- Barred in California
- Experience with Cleo, Word, Outlook, and Slack
- Civil litigation experience is required
- Construction and real estate litigation experience is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish or Farsi is preferred
