Position Title: Associate Attorney

The Associate Attorney position offers a unique opportunity for legal professionals to engage in civil litigation with a focus on personal injury cases. This role demands a proactive approach to managing a diverse caseload, including both pre-litigation and litigation matters. Associate Attorney Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 150-250 personal injury cases
• Engage in all aspects of plaintiff personal injury litigation
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft and file legal documents
• Conduct trial preparation for approximately 6-8 trials annually
• Respond to clients and provide updates on case progress
• Communicate with adjusters
• Attend client meetings
  
  

Associate Attorney Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation
• Experience in personal injury law is preferred
• Willingness to handle both plaintiff and defense cases
• Experience in taking and defending depositions
• Ability to argue and write motions
• Must be barred in Texas and ideally in New Mexico, or able to obtain a waiver
• Willingness to travel to other office locations
• Trial preparation experience is preferred
