Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 / Year DOE

Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 / Year DOE
Responsibilities
- Complete audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Develop and manage budgets, including grant budgeting
- Request budgeting modifications as necessary
- Prepare quarterly financial reports
- Analyze income, expenses, and cash flow for presentations to finance committees and board meetings
- Conduct monthly forecasting and variance analysis
- Oversee monthly reporting processes
- Supervise one direct report and support payroll review and approval
- Administer employee benefits and address occasional HR issues
- 7-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and HR functions
- Proficient in advanced Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups
- Supervisory experience is required
- Experience with audits is necessary
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required
- Nonprofit experience is preferred
- Grant budgeting experience is preferred
- MBA or CPA is preferred
