Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000 / Year DOE

Advisor Responsibilities
- Engage directly with clients to understand their financial goals and needs
- Build a personal book of business through proactive business development
- Manage client accounts after acquisition
- Track market activities and meet regularly to discuss strategies
- Meet or exceed revenue targets set for client acquisition
- Develop and deliver tailored client service activities
- Facilitate collaboration with external advisors to enhance client satisfaction
- Attend relevant events to network and build relationships
- Promote a positive company culture and values
- At least 5 years of experience in wealth management, including experience as an Advisor
- Proven track record of growing a book of business
- Experience working with clients who have $1-2M in liquid assets
- Series 65 (or equivalent) certification
- Professional designation (CFP®, CFA, CPA, JD) is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is required
