Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
- Support 3–4 community managers with administrative and operational tasks
- Answer and direct 7–10 incoming calls daily from homeowners and vendors
- Issue and track work orders, follow up on requests, and help resolve property-related issues
- Manage paperwork, maintain internal systems, and assist with HOA coordination
- Prioritize urgent matters while staying organized under changing demands
- Communicate clearly with team members, leadership, and outside contacts
- Use Outlook and Microsoft Excel (formulas) to track, schedule, and document processes
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience in a professional office setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Polished, professional, and dependable with strong communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask and pivot based on time-sensitive priorities
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Demonstrated long-term employment in previous roles
- Experience in property management or real estate preferred
