Admin Assistant Responsibilities
- Assist in transitioning to a paperless system by streamlining office processes
- Capture notes during meetings and ensure follow-ups are completed
- Support accounts payable and receivable
- Schedule jobs and quote field service tasks
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries of parts
- Maintain safety documentation for worksites
- Answer phone inquiries and provide administrative support as needed
- 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing
- Proficiency with CRM and accounting software
- Engineering field service aptitude is preferred
- Experience in project management is preferred
- Familiarity with safety documentation for worksites is preferred
- Knowledge of Sage software is preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
