Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities
- Submit billings through GC Pay, Procore, Textura, and in-house invoices
- Manage and generate lien releases
- Request and handle certificates of insurance
- Enter billings into the accounting program and record payments received
- Process approximately 15 invoices monthly, totaling $1 million
- 5 years of accounts receivable experience with one employer
- Experience with schedule of values
- AIA billing knowledge is required
- Proficiency in handling certificates of insurance
- Tech-savvy with experience in billing platforms such as Textura, GC Pay, or Procore
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Blue beam and Adobe experience is preferred
- Fully cycle accounting knowledge is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
