Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role located in Schenectady, NY The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, engaging with guests to ensure an exceptional customer experience, handling payments, and maintaining clean bar areas. Additional tasks may include, ensuring inventory is stocked, and adhering to all beverage regulations and health guidelines. Exceptional communication skills and efficiency in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with guests and provide a welcoming environment
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry practices, with the ability to follow recipes and prepare drinks accurately
- Proficiency in Bartending techniques, including mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Experience with Cash Handling to manage payments and provide accurate transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Understanding of beverage safety standards and alcohol service regulations
- Prior experience in a bartending or food and beverage service role preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
