Role Description: Event Sales Coordinator (Revenue-Focused)
This is a full-time, on-site role for a driven and results-oriented Event Sales Coordinator who thrives on turning inquiries into booked, high-value events.
This role is sales-first—you will own the full client journey from lead to close. You’ll be responsible for responding to inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, conducting high-impact venue tours, and confidently guiding clients toward booking. You know how to create urgency, build desire, and close deals.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Managing and converting inbound event leads into confirmed bookings
- Leading engaging, persuasive venue tours that highlight the full Bounce Empire experience
- Building strong relationships with clients while confidently guiding them through the sales process
- Identifying upsell opportunities and maximizing event value
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution post-sale
- Tracking pipeline activity and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Continuously refining the sales process to increase conversion rates and overall revenue
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to confidently lead conversations and close deals
- Natural relationship-builder who can create trust quickly while maintaining control of the sales process
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities simultaneously
- Experience in hospitality, events, or experiential sales is highly preferred
- Familiarity with CRM or sales software (especially Tripleseat) is a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and energized by a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree is a plus
Base Pay is $60k Commission
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
