Position Overview
The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in real estate law, including handling commercial real estate transactions, financing, development projects, and regulatory issues. Candidates should be confident managing client relationships and navigating complex deals with a focus on practical, business-oriented solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage complex commercial real estate transactions
- Represent lenders, developers, and business clients in acquisition, financing, leasing, and development matters
- Draft and negotiate key real estate documents
- Provide legal guidance on regulatory and compliance issues related to real estate and financial transactions
- Collaborate closely with clients to align legal strategies with business goals

Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Alabama (or eligibility to waive in)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate or commercial banking law
