Position Overview

Boulder Country Club is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Lead to help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our clubhouse, athletic center, and pool facilities.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will work alongside the team while overseeing afternoon and evening operations—ensuring spaces are clean, organized, and ready for members during peak hours. This position includes team coordination, quality control, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning & Operations

• Maintain high cleanliness standards across all club facilities, including locker rooms and common areas
• Perform daily cleaning tasks alongside the team
• Prepare spaces for peak usage and reset after events
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure areas are clean, stocked, and organized
• Assist with event setup and post-event cleanup
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by club leadership
  
  
  

Leadership & Team Support

• Lead mid-shift and evening housekeeping operations
• Assign tasks and adjust priorities based on daily activity and events
• Support and guide team members during evenings and weekends
• Monitor quality and productivity
• Assist with training new employees
• Communicate updates, issues, and supply needs to management
  
  
  

Inventory & Organization

• Track and manage cleaning supplies and inventory
• Ensure stock levels are maintained and reorder as needed
• Keep storage areas clean and organized
• Promote proper use of supplies and equipment

Schedule & Work Environment

This role is best suited for someone who prefers afternoon and evening shifts. Availability on weekends and holidays is required. You will play a key role in maintaining the club during busy periods and preparing it for the next day.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–5 years of housekeeping experience (club, hotel, or similar setting)
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with inventory or supply management
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment
  
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, lifting, and movement
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs
  
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• $21–$25 per hour (based on experience)
• 30–40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities during busy periods
