As a Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee projects from initial scope through final completion, ensuring quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, budget adherence, and timely execution.
What You'll Do- Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish
- Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field crews
- Communicate regularly with homeowners, commercial property owners, insurance adjusters, and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress to ensure quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Review estimates, change orders, and project documentation
- Maintain job costing and financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Resolve issues and obstacles quickly while maintaining positive client relationships
- Conduct site visits and inspections throughout project execution
- Maintain accurate records within company project management systems
- Experience managing construction, restoration, reconstruction, or insurance-related projects
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and adapt to changing circumstances

- Restoration industry experience (water, fire, mold, storm, or reconstruction)
- Construction project management experience
- Experience working with insurance claims and adjusters
- Knowledge of Xactimate or similar estimating software
- Understanding of residential and commercial construction practices
- IICRC certifications are a plus
