Field Supervisor / Project Manager

Position Overview:

Our client is hiring a skilled and motivated Field Supervisor and Project Manager to lead on-site operations while overseeing project planning and execution. This hybrid position blends field supervision with project management duties, requiring a proactive leader who can manage teams, coordinate multiple tasks, and ensure successful project completion on time and within budget.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily field operations, ensuring work is performed efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards.

• Direct field staff, delegate responsibilities, and evaluate performance to uphold quality and productivity.

• Plan and manage projects, defining scope, schedules, budgets, and resource needs.

• Serve as the key liaison between clients, field crews, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.

• Track project milestones, anticipate and resolve issues, and maintain momentum toward goals.

• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.

• Conduct routine site visits to confirm quality, adherence to plans, and safe practices.

• Prepare and share project updates, reports, and presentations with stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively across departments to support project execution and troubleshoot any challenges.

• Promote continuous improvement by streamlining workflows and enhancing performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, engineering, or a related field (preferred).

• Demonstrated experience in field supervision and project management, ideally in construction or a similar industry.

• Exceptional leadership, organization, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar).

• Solid understanding of safety procedures and field operations.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for effective team and client engagement.

• Willingness to travel to project sites and work in dynamic environments.

• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Work Environment:

This role combines on-site fieldwork with office-based project management. Flexibility to travel and occasional extended hours may be required to meet deadlines and project demands.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary of $95,000 plus commission
