Job Summary:
- The Intermediate Systems Administrator supports Domain Administration in a Windows environment and provides System support in order to provide sustainable, stable and secure servers including backup recovery, upgrades/patches, maintenance, troubleshooting, performance tuning, permissions and file sharing
- Evaluates current systems, and works on complex problems where analysis of situations requires in-depth evaluation.
- Completes assigned tasks of routine to moderate complexity related to projects and technical requests,Tier 2 & 3 support in all areas of the departmental service portfolio.
- Is largely self-directed once assigned work and functions with considerable independence.
