Our client, a well-established private investment firm, is seeking an Investment Operations Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the firm's investment origination efforts and day-to-day operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys managing processes, maintaining CRM data, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring investment opportunities move efficiently through the pipeline. Working closely with a Partner focused on business development and origination, you'll become the central point of coordination for deal flow while also supporting office operations and select executive initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the firm's deal pipeline using the CRM platform (DealCloud or similar)
- Maintain accurate records for investment opportunities, contacts, and deal activity
- Coordinate communications with business owners, intermediaries, and other external stakeholders
- Prepare, distribute, and track confidentiality agreements
- Route investment materials to internal team members for review
- Generate CRM reports and continuously improve reporting and workflow processes
- Help ensure the investment pipeline remains organized, current, and moving efficiently
- Manage office supplies, kitchen inventory, and workplace organization
- Serve as the primary contact for building management and outside vendors
- Coordinate internal meetings, investor events, and company gatherings
- Organize recurring team meetings and prepare agendas and meeting materials
- Assist with presentations, marketing collateral, and external communications
- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership as needed
- Coordinate travel logistics, catering, meeting space, and presentation materials
- Support additional operational initiatives across the firm
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-4 years of experience in investment operations, deal operations, executive support, business development operations, office management, or a similar role
- Experience within private equity, investment banking, venture capital, asset management, commercial real estate, or another financial services environment strongly preferred
- Experience with DealCloud, Affinity, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or another CRM platform
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly professional with the ability to handle confidential information
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
