I need someone that can come in a be a self-starter that can begin with limited direction, figure out systems and stakeholders involved then work with various teams to determine requirements needed for overall project. Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Product Manager to lead a complex, cross-functional initiative spanning multiple business units. An Enterprise Product Manager leads the strategy, development, and lifecycle of large-scale products used across organizations or by enterprise customers. This role focuses on aligning business objectives with customer needs, managing complex stakeholder environments, and delivering scalable, high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Initiative Ownership & Execution
- Take full ownership of a large-scale, cross-functional product or program with minimal initial direction
- Rapidly assess the current state, define scope, and establish a clear execution plan
- Drive end-to-end delivery across multiple teams and departments
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and drive long-term product vision aligned with company goals
- Identify market opportunities through research, competitive analysis, and customer insights
- Build and maintain a strategic product roadmap for enterprise solutions
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with senior leadership, sales, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients and internal stakeholders
- Balance competing priorities across multiple business units
Product Development
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications
- Prioritize features based on ROI, customer impact, and technical feasibility
Customer & Market Focus
- Engage with enterprise customers to understand complex workflows and requirements
- Ensure product-market fit in B2C or enterprise ecosystems
- Incorporate feedback into iterative product improvements
Required Qualifications
- 7–12 years of product management experience, with strong enterprise/B2C exposure
- Proven experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
- Strong experience gathering requirements across complex systems and workflows
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum)
- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
