What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Paralegal position at BOS Staffing?
BOS Staffing is partnering with our client, a growing Queens-based personal injury firm known for aggressive advocacy and high-touch client service, to hire a Litigation Paralegal who wants to be in the middle of the action, not stuck on the sidelines.

You Will:
- Draft summons and complaints, bills of particulars, and discovery responses on active personal injury cases
- Prepare and e-file pleadings and other court documents via NYSCEF, helping move cases efficiently through the courts
- Coordinate the collection, review, and production of discovery materials, including medical records and other evidence
- Handle subpoenas, discovery coordination, and deposition preparation so attorneys are fully armed for negotiations and hearings
- Communicate with attorneys, staff, and clients to keep cases on track and clients informed
If You Have:
- 3 years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff-side experience is especially valuable)
- Strong understanding of New York civil litigation procedures
- Hands-on experience with NYSCEF e-filing
- Motion drafting experience is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and contribute as a reliable member of a close-knit team
