Lead bartender/Bartender/Server/

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Female Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent service, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and utensils.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink service during busy periods.
• Participate in promotional events or special occasions as required.

Skills

• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor to help create a positive guest experience.
• Sales skills to effectively promote menu items and special offers.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Previous bartending experience in a nightclub or similar environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus for crafting specialty drinks.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and proficiency in using POS systems.
• Understanding of food safety practices to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Cooking skills are preferred

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
