This role is more than just coding. As a full stack developer at Booz Allen, you’ll use your passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll help make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have:

• 3 years of experience with developing high-volume, high-availability software solutions in Microsoft Azure

• Experience with Microsoft Azure managed or serverless services to support messaging, database, data transformation, analytics, or web application hosting

• Experience with ADF, Python Spark, and Delta Lakehouse architecture

• Experience configuring and monitoring application performance using a monitoring solution such as Azure monitoring

• Experience with HTTP and REST architecture, Microservices Architecture, or Microsoft SQL Server

• Experience with developing Cloud solutions over an entire software development lifecycle, including unit, integration, and acceptance testing

• Experience with version control systems, including GIT, GitHub, or TFS

• Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to varied audiences, including non-technical stakeholders

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Chef, Ansible, and Terraform

• Knowledge of triaging and resolving issues related to both open source and commercial tools in public cloud environments

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Services, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Storage, Azure Active Directory (AD), Cosmos DB and Document DB, API Gateway, or Virtual Machine

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
