Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Civil Engineer to support our engineering team in the planning, design, and permitting of civil and environmental projects. This role provides hands-on experience in site development, stormwater management, and erosion and sediment control while working alongside experienced engineers.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of site development, grading, and drainage design
- Support development of erosion & sediment control and stormwater management plans
- Perform basic engineering calculations and technical reports
- Assist with permit applications and regulatory documentation
- Conduct site visits and field data collection as needed
- Work with project managers, CAD staff, and environmental specialists on project deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- EIT certification or ability to obtain preferred
- Basic understanding of stormwater management
- Familiarity with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in both office and field environments
