Receptionist

Schedule offered will be Swing-Shift 3pm-11pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Visitor Support
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all residents, families, visitors, and partners.
- Maintain continuous coverage of the front desk during assigned times and arrange coverage as needed.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls while ensuring prompt, accurate messaging.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring compliance with sign-in/out procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and lobby area.
- Administrative & Clerical Support
- Complete clerical tasks, including filing, copying, mailing, and payroll support.
- Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate ordering to ensure availability.
- Assist with resident call systems, service requests, and appointment scheduling.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of office equipment and call management systems preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
