Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; experience with Medicaid and Medicare benefits; one year of accounting or bookkeeping experience; experience in Microsoft Office and Adobe; and strong attention to detail.
Starting Hourly Salary: $20.30 - $20.92 per hour

Responsibilities
- Answers multiline phone system.
- Works with client benefits including but not limited to Medicaid, Medicare, SNAP (Food Stamps), Energy Assistance, Medicare Extra Help, and Social Security.
- Performs accounting and clerical duties as assigned including, but not limited to, data entry; issuing and balancing receipts; balancing deposits and reconciling accounts to bank statements; gathering paystubs, entering, and reporting client wages; responding to information requests, preparing correspondence; scanning and filing; compiling periodic reports; creating forms in Adobe.
- Serves as back up to other clerical staff including but not limited to making deposits at the bank and picking up mail from Post Office.
