Job Description

Freight Broker Inside Sales Representatives at Boomerang Transportation acquire clients and manage their transportation portfolio needs. Highlights of the position include:

• Base aggressive commission structure:
  
  

$65k On target earnings year one. $55k Base.

$100k On target earnings year two. No cap on earnings! Most of our sales team make well into six figure income.

• Opportunities for promotions and vertical mobility. We are consistently one of the fastest growing companies in Tampa Bay (Tampa Bay Business Journal / Inc. 5000) and promote from within. Management opportunities are plentiful as we continue to scale.

Freight Broker Inside Sales Job requirements:

• -Lead generation - Ability to generate leads and prospect potential clients across North America
• -Prospecting - This is done via multiple avenues: 80 daily calls, LinkedIn, Email
• -Account management - Ability to close, maintain, and grow a book of business
