Role Description
This role involves handling import entries, preparing documentation, and communicating with clients to ensure compliance with U.S. customs regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and has prior experience. Salary is based on experience. We offer a 401(k) plan and benefits including health insurance and dental insurance. This is an in-office position; remote work is not available.
Qualifications
- Experience in Import and Export operations, including preparing and submitting accurate documentation.
- Familiarity with International Trade processes and shipping regulations.
- Customer Service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple shipments and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Experience in tariff classification and compliance coordination is an advantage.
