What You’ll Do
- Champion a high-quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports all learners
- Partner closely with families to understand and support each child’s unique educational journey
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of educators and staff
- Oversee daily center operations with the support of a dedicated corporate team
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment where every child and staff member can thrive
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and program requirements
What You Bring
- Master’s Degree in Education or related field (required)
- NYS Teaching Certification in Birth–Grade 2 (Special Education and/or General Education)
- School Building Leadership (SBL) Certification (or in progress) is a plus
- Experience as an Education Director (preferred)
- Background in UPK and supervision across infant, toddler, and preschool programs
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex situations with confidence
- A deep commitment to inclusive education and working across diverse communities

We provide numerous educational programs at our four sites located in the neighborhoods of Middle Village, Elmhurst, and Queens Village. Our curriculum is play based with innovative state of the art classrooms. We believe that families are an integral part of a successful childcare program. Through family involvement we are better able to meet the development and personal needs of children. We like to think that families and childcare centers can and should work together to provide an environment that facilitates the growth of a child into a physically and emotionally healthy individual. Every child deserves to learn and have fun.
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
