What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Controller position at Bookman Consulting?
Our client is an excellent manufacturing/distribution company that is currently hiring a Plant Controller. This position will function as a strategic partner in the corporate accounting group and will interface with nearly every aspect of company and plant operations.
**This role is an on-site role**
Plant Controller (Omaha Area – On-Site):
- Must have experience in manufacturing
- Must have strong experience in Cost Accounting, WIP, KPI Reporting, and more
- Must be strong with systems, including Excel to help facilitate weekly reporting
- Must be willing to be hands on at all levels throughout the operation, and have excellent communication skills
- Will partner closely with FP&A, Ops, Supply Chain, Sales, and IT
- Salary is likely $100-$120k bonus, benefits, and PTO
