What are the responsibilities and job description for the Investment Operations Associate position at Bookman Consulting?
Our client is a wealth management firm who's currently looking to hire an Investment Operations Associate. This person must have previous experience working with investment ops in wealth management (wirehouse or RIA). Our client has an excellent team in place with a healthy book of business that is growing quickly. This is a new role due to growth.
Investment Operations Associate (West LA or Calabasas - Hybrid):
- Must have excellent communication/presentation skills
- This role will have some hybrid work potential, but must be within commutable distance
- Series 7 required (unless coming from an RIA - must be willing to get ASAP)
- Ideally has a clean U4 (no disclosures)
- Will help service existing book, interact with clients, analyze investment portfolios, make recommendations for client meetings, rebalance portfolios, field client requests, and more
- Opportunities for growth and development in a number of directions are available!
- Salary likely to be $90k-$110k base bonus, benefits, PTO, etc
