Seasonal Customer Service Representative
Location: Rancho Cordova, CA - In Person
Position Type: Full Time Limited Term / Seasonal (June - August)
Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our AI call operations during the summer months. This temporary role will focus on assisting with AI-generated customer interactions, reviewing call workflows, and handling repetitive administrative and customer service tasks that support daily operations.

What Will You Do?
- Monitor and review AI-assisted customer calls for accuracy and quality
- Assist with routine follow-up tasks related to customer interactions
- Handle repetitive administrative and data-entry duties efficiently
- Escalate customer concerns or technical issues when needed
- Support internal teams by documenting customer feedback and trends
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling customer information
- Assist with updating records, notes, and call outcomes within company systems
- Help improve workflow efficiency by identifying recurring issues or process gaps
What Do You Need?
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working with technology and AI-supported systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage repetitive tasks with consistency
- Intermediate computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and web-based platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- High School Diploma
