Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and reservations
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns
- Answer phone calls, manage bookings, and handle payment transactions
- Maintain accurate records and ensure guest accounts are up to date
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests
- Stay knowledgeable about resort amenities, local attractions, and promotions
- Uphold resort policies and ensure a smooth front desk operation
Requirements:
- Previous front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using computers and reservation systems (training provided)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a commitment to guest satisfaction
- Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts as needed
