Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Conduct legal research, draft motions, and develop case strategies
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions
- Collaborate closely with other attorneys and support staff within the firm
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain long-term client relationships
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active Virginia Bar membership (in good standing)
- Strong background in Virginia litigation required (civil, commercial, or related areas)
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
- Desire to work in a collegial, team-oriented setting
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $120,000 – $150,000 , depending on experience
