ABOUT THE ROLE

Bond is seeking an executive assistant to serve as a trusted partner to our CEO. This is a high-impact, full-time role for someone who leads with professionalism and discretion, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is deeply motivated to grow alongside a mission-driven company. You will be the CEO’s operational partner, managing the details that allow leadership to move with speed and clarity. This role requires someone who is highly available, including evenings and weekends when the business requires it.


WHO YOU ARE

You are currently working in a high-growth startup or Fortune 500 company, and you are ready for a role with more responsibility and greater proximity to leadership. You have 5 or more years of executive support experience and you are at a point in your career where the work itself matters to you, where being trusted by a CEO and gaining real exposure to how a company operates is exactly what you are looking for. You see a path from this role toward Chief of Staff, and you know that path is built through trust, discretion, and consistently delivering at a high level. You are someone for whom availability is not an issue, and evenings and weekends come with the territory when the work calls for it. 


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  1. Manage the CEO’s professional and personal scheduling, including drafting agendas, correspondence, calls, and client management
  2. Act as a force multiplier for amplifying the CEO’s effectiveness across the organization
  3. Coordinate complex, ever-shifting calendars and control the flow of information to senior leadership with precision
  4. Plan and manage all executive travel: flights, hotels, ground transportation, and meal coordination
  5. Own project management for key cross-functional initiatives, tracking progress, surfacing blockers, and ensuring follow-through
  6. Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion and the highest degree of integrity
  7. Serve as a trusted representative of the CEO in internal and external communications and engagements, including interacting with key advisors, Board members, press and customers
  8. Perform administrative support including drafting communications, preparing reports, and maintaining organized systems
  9. Organize internal team communications and plan both on-site and offsite events


REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Public Relations, Marketing, Liberal Arts, or a related field
  2. 5 years of experience in an executive administrative role reporting directly to C-level leadership
  3. 5 years of experience working for a Fortune 500 or a Series B Startup or higher in hyper growth
  4. Based in the New York metro area; able to work hybrid from our Florham Park, NJ office
  5. Highly available professional who can work extended hours and weekends when necessary

  1. Executive presence: polished, composed, and confident in high-stakes situations and senior-level interactions
  2. Exceptional judgment: able to make sound decisions independently and know when to escalate
  3. High trust factor: a natural keeper of confidences, known for handling sensitive information with care and professionalism
  4. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously
  5. Superb written and verbal communication skills across all formats and audiences
  6. Driven and growth-oriented: at a career stage where you’re hungry to learn, take on more responsibility, and build alongside a growing company
  7. Adaptable and resourceful: you find a way to get the job done and don’t need a perfect playbook to do it
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to quickly adopt new tools


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (e.g., CAPM, Agile/Scrum)
  2. Experience in a startup, tech, or security industry environment
  3. Familiarity with scheduling and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Google Workspace)



COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The salary range for this position is $100,000–$110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus an annual performance bonus. Bond offers a competitive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage.
