Restaurant Crew Member (cook)

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while maintaining high standards of food preparation and sanitation. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere and are passionate about providing quality dining experiences.

Duties

• Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Sanitate kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations during shifts.
• Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently to process customer orders and payments.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Help maintain inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Perform basic retail math to handle cash transactions accurately.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety practices.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.

Starting Wage is 15/hour, raises will be dependent upon performance.

Minimum Age is 17 years old. MUST HAVE proper documentation and approved residence in the U.S.
