What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host Server position at Bonchon Chicken?
As a Server/Cashier, your duties includes, but not limited to:
- Providing hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
- Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met.
- Know all dishes' ingredients to answer customer's questions correctly
- Keep the tables free of dirty dishes through pre-bussing any empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plate ware, silverware, ect.
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
- Providing great customer service while taking orders on a POS device
- Able to collect/give payment correctly (Cash, credit card, digital payment)
- Organize, refill, clean everything and anything needed
- Hourly check and clean restrooms
- Able to fulfill each order correctly and efficiently
Salary : $15 - $21
