Responsibilities

- Take guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Provide attentive service and anticipate guest needs throughout their visit
- Handle multiple guests and tasks at once while staying organized and calm during busy periods
- Carefully pack delivery and takeout orders with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, service stations, and front counter
- Assist with coordinating takeout and delivery orders during peak hours
- Support teammates to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
- Address guest concerns professionally and help resolve issues quickly
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
