Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Promote and sell retail products
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing cash payments, managing cash drawers, and performing cash management duties
- Perform data entry tasks related to sales transactions, customer information,
- Maintain knowledge of retail sales techniques, banking procedures, and financial software to effectively assist customers
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stock shelves, and manage retail math calculations for pricing and discounts
- Help customers load product into vehicles.
Requirements
- Previous retail store experience or familiarity with retail sales environments preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and financial data entry
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of cash drawer handling, cashiering procedures, and cash management practices
- Familiarity with data entry systems and basic computer skills including financial software applications
- Ability to lift 50LBS consistently
- Strong time managment ability to be to work on time and to manage task while working
