Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible individual to fill a Department Lead position. The individual will oversee the Electrical and Plumbing departments. The position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be a productive team member.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Retail experience
- Product knowledge - electrical, plumbing
- Able to multi-task
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail/organizational skills
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis with bending and squatting
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Freight handling/merchandising the sales floor
- Sales/Stocking/Recovery
- Pricing of merchandise
- Ensure department is clean and organized
- Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
- Handling phone calls
