Duties

- Process daily freight shipments quickly and stock products accurately.
- Process cash transactions and manage cash handling responsibilities as needed.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall client services.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
- Maintain a neat and organized clothing and footwear report.
- Communicate clearly in English; multilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse clientele.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Experience with cash handling is advantageous.
